Christine Nixon to open Wellbeing Expo in Mirboo North
12th of December will be a special day in Mirboo North, as the local community looks forward to summer. Christine Nixon, from the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority, will open a Wellbeing Expo at 10am, in addition to the Rotary Epicure event and Christmas Market in Baromi Park from 8am.
The focus of this special day will be on helping you and your family prepare for summer. There will be a series of guest speakers throughout the morning in the Shire Hall: well-being providers and mainstream health groups.
In Baromi Park, there will be the Christmas Market and Rotary Epicure, to help look forward to the holiday season, and the opportunity to pick up something special for Christmas.
There will be a number of other related exhibitors in the park, offering advice and services for dealing effectively with the anticipated heatwave this summer.
Epicure exhibitors include: Grand Ridge Brewery, Clair de Lune Winery, Faudel Goat Cheeses, Waterwheel Orchards, Mardan Hills Winery, Brushtail Bushfoods, Lucinda Estate Winery, Mount of Olives and 100% Delights Ice Cream.
